90% deposit return for cancellation until 15/09/2009

40% deposit return for cancellation until 30/09/2009

20% deposit return for cancellation until 15/10/2009

Hotel / Accommodation

The Conference Fee does not include the accommodation fee. The organizers offer different hotel types, in order to reserve in an appropriate hotel, Please make your room reservations early in order to be sure having a guaranteed booking. Participants have the possibility to stay additional nights at very favourable conditions. For detailed information please contact the desired hotel directly.
Famulus Hotel as this is the Conference venue, the OC reserved the Hotel capacity that is available for booking directly at the Hotel till 30th of September. After that date the Hotel administration releases the prebooking, and does not guarantee free rooms. Other hotels
