During the PhD research process Maria
Raffai have dealed with the challenge of the end of 20th century,
the tasks of the Information Society. She made a survey in Hungary in the
Year 1997. She interviewed the managers of more than 850 different kinds
of firms and enterprises. Based on the results of the analyzed survey she
developed the
RTEBP
method,
which is a new, for the Central and Eastern European business environment
adapted BPR Re-engineering methodology. For the improvement process author
proposes to use the most up-to-date technologies and tools of component
modeling systems and the object--oriented concept and techniques.
