Submission Guidelines

Participants are invited to submit a position paper (extended abstract, in English, typed in single spaced format, approx. 2 pages) relating to one of  the topics.

Each paper will be reviewed by 2 reviewers and the best 10% will be published in SEFBIS Journal. Papers might be submitted via the Conference website.

There is an Author's Kit which comprises instructions for authors for preparing the extended abstract and the proceeding paper, the Copyright Transfer Form and the Speaker s Biographical Sketch. The authors are requested to use the given guidelines and paper forms, in order to prepare and edit the conference materials easier and in a unique form.

Cancellation Policy

 - 90% deposit return for cancellation until 15/09/2009

 - 40% deposit return for cancellation until 30/09/2009

 - 20% deposit return for cancellation until 15/10/2009

No refund will be given after 15/10/2009   Only written cancellation by fax or email will be accepted

Hotel/Accommodation: The Conference Fee does not include the accommodation fee. The organizers offer different hotel types, in order to reserve in an appropriate hotel, Please make your room reservations early in order to be sure having a guaranteed booking.
